Yes, Next Fence carries £2 million public liability insurance through Hiscox Business Insurance. Insurance documentation is available on request before any work begins.

Our team brings over 6 years of hands-on fencing experience across residential, equine and agricultural projects. We've installed everything from standard closeboard garden fencing to complex bespoke installations including post and rail equine systems, stock fencing for farms, decorative panels, security fencing, and gates.

In most cases, planning permission is not required for residential fencing. However, fences next to a public road or footpath cannot exceed 1 metre in height without permission. Other fences cannot exceed 2 metres. If your property is listed or in a conservation area, additional rules may apply. Always check with your local planning office if you're unsure, we can advise during your free site visit.

Lead times depend on the season and project size. We typically respond to all enquiries within 1-2 hours. After a free site visit and accepted quote, most residential projects can be scheduled within a few days up to 2 weeks. Equine and farm projects may require longer lead times depending on specification.
